Successful Delivery of Ceramic Tiles for the 38 Park Avenue Project (April 8, 2021)

38 Park Avenue, the latest development of Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), is envisioned as a proudly Cebuano-led world-class masterpiece that seamlessly combines high-rise living with expansive open park spaces.

Last night, we successfully delivered three (3) 20-foot container vans of ceramic tiles following the completion of customs clearance and release procedures. These materials will be utilized in the ongoing construction of the 38 Park Avenue project, supporting the development of another landmark residential community in Cebu.
